Accessing your Homebase account is the first step to managing your transaction with Truehold. This article provides a simple guide to help you log in and troubleshoot any login issues you might encounter.
Steps to log in
1. Visit the Homebase Login Page
Go to Homebase Login to access the login page.
2. Enter Your Email Address
Make sure this is the same email address you are using to communicate and work with Truehold.
3. Login Method
What happens next will depend on your account.
Email Link
If we have your email on file, you will get a link to login sent to you by email.
💡 Quick tip: If you cannot find your login email, please be sure to check your Spam and Junk folders.
Text Message Code
If we have your phone number on file, you can also choose to "Text me a code instead". This will send a code to you by text for you to enter to log in.
Password
If you choose to use password instead, you can set one by going to the Forgot your password link. Additional instructions here.
When you do so, you will see a "Use password instead" option when you're logging in and be able to enter your password to log in.
Helpful tips
Ensure that you are using the correct email that you are using to communicate with your Truehold point of contact.
Check your spam and junk folders if you haven’t received the login link email.
Set or reset your password by going to Forgot your password.
